Refund Policy
At Mimozy, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused.
- Item must be unwashed.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Original packaging should be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or washed products
- Items damaged by the customer
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless defective)
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Exchange
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or exchange.

Unless the item received is defective or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
